根據研究報告,人們做好事,他們的大腦變得較為活躍,就如你經歷別的獎勵時,大腦所承受的刺激。 所以做好事是最能保有你心情最好的方法之一。 因此那些關心別人的人要比不太關心他人的更開心。

According research report,when people do good. their brains becomes active in the very same reward center that is stimulated when they experience other rewards. So doing good is one of the surest ways to feel good. Therefore not a surprise that people who care more about other are happier than those who care less about others.
